Weekly Training (11-1 to 11-7)

Sunday: Off

Monday: Afternoon run – :55 with the team through Ag Tunnel; My hamstrings were still a little tight and my right knee was a little sore, but all in all, it was a less painful run than I thought it was going to be. I enjoyed getting out there and running after my week off (that I also very much enjoyed). I may run 1 or 2 more days this week, but I still have to come back slowly. I’m pretty sure that Philly is not going to happen, so I can take all the time I need for coming back.
