Saturday (6-17)

Morning run – 1:10 with Bob at about 7:45 pace; first run back wasn’t bad

Sunday (6-18)

Morning run – 1:00 at about 8:00 pace; a little sore from playing some pickup basketball yesterday afternoon, not necessarily from the running

Monday (6-19)

Morning core and stretching

Tuesday (6-20)

Morning core and stretching

Afternoon run – :30 at 7:50 pace

Wednesday (6-21)

Morning core and stretching

Thursday (6-22)

Morning core and stretching

Afternoon run – :35 at 7:30 pace

Friday (6-23)

Morning core and stretching

Saturday (6-24)

Morning run – 2:00 at 7:45; felt pretty good, but the solo running still isn’t great

Sunday (6-25)

Morning run – 1:00 at 7:45; legs a little tired from yesterday

Monday (6-26)

Morning core and stretching, weight training

Afternoon run – :30 at 7:15

Tuesday (6-27)

Morning core and stretching

Noon workout – 3 x 2:30 hills (4 hills); kind of a short workout, but definitely felt good to get back out there and be doing some speed work

Wednesday (6-28)

Morning core and stretching, weight training

Afternoon run – :35 at 7:20

Thursday (6-29)

Morning core and stretching

Afternoon workout – :30 tempo at 6:20 (blech); definitely slow, and definitely forgot what it was like to run fast/not walk up hills

Friday (6-30)
